General Qualifications:

Graduated from maritime-related university departments

Knowledgeable about the maritime industry with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position

Familiar with maritime operations processes

Proficient in English at a high level

Skilled in effectively using MS Office programs

Team-oriented

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Advanced problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills

Competent in task follow-up and control

Able to adapt to a dynamic and intense work pace

No travel restrictions

Job Description:

Tracking and uploading invoices such as class, communication, agency, etc., to the system for approval

Following up on cost collection and notification processes for incidents reported to insurance, and informing the relevant department

Preparing fleet reports and other reports requested by the manager

Reviewing charterer accounts and verifying expenses to be billed to charterers

Supporting and monitoring all operational processes carried out within the department beyond the aforementioned tasks
