Bachelor’s degree in International Transportation, Logistics, Maritime Business, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/post-fixture roles within maritime companies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of maritime terminology is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Detail-oriented, careful, and capable of problem-solving with a results-oriented approach
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to work in a systematic and organized manner
A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
Dynamic and open to development
Able to work at the Tuzla/Orhanlı location

Support the processes of chartered vessels in accordance with charter party terms
Track payments of chartered vessels in line with the charter party agreements
Monitor and control the transfer of payments to accounts, prepare necessary rental documents, and handle accounting notifications
Follow up on commission payments, additional insurance premiums, owner expenses, stevedore damages, and similar matters for chartered vessels
Ensure coordination and timely information flow between the company’s relevant departments and external parties such as charterers/brokers regarding daily operational and post-fixture matters
Manage correspondence related to requests, objections, and notifications from various counterparties in accordance with contract terms, and follow up until resolution
Prepare and periodically update charts, tables, and reports for internal and external use
Assist in drafting contracts, ensuring the process is completed and delivered to relevant parties
